You can check the availability of a camp by clicking on the button above. To search either enter the specific camp # in the Barcode field or select Summer Camps on the list of categories on the left to select from the list of camps. The system will then show the “Number of Seats Available” which is how many spots we have left in the specific week of the camp you are looking for. You cannot register online for a summer camp.
Click here to download the Medical Release Form - this form must be completed and brought to camp the first day if the child has any medical conditions or severe allergies.
CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel a summer camp registration before June 21, 2013 and obtain a refund minus a $15 administration fee (per child, per camp). After June 21 refunds will NOT be issued.
Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel any camp program due to insufficient registration. Registrants are contacted by phone and offered a choice of:
· transferring to another camp
· receiving a full refund by cheque, for payments made by cash or cheque
· receiving a full refund to Visa or MasterCard
